How will my wall art print be created?

Our team create all wall art prints using high-quality printing process on Ilford Smooth Pearl 310gsm photo paper.

Ilford Smooth Pearl paper features the very latest HDR optically clear coating and coupled with recent advancements in inkjet receiving layer design.

You will have an option to select a border or no border for your prints. If a border is selected, a uniform border size will be dependant on your print size and will vary from 4-6cm. 

How will my wall art print be framed?

Our ready to hang wall art print framing is available in natural timber and protected by a 3mm Opti-shield glazing (a clear extruded thermoplastic polymer similar to acrylic).

The frontal view of your framed print will have a 18mm wide frame.

You can view prints displayed in all of our framing options by clicking on a print in our online shop. (Augmented Reality allows you to virtually see it on your wall in real time.)

How do I hang and care for my wall art print?

All framed wall art prints are ready for hanging with a sawtooth hanging option.

Avoid moisture, wet or damp areas and direct sunlight when hanging your print.

Take care when handling framed prints and avoid dropping to prevent damage.

Wipe glazing with microfiber cloth or simply dusting to keep clean.

How will my framed art print be created?

Our team create all framed art prints using gallery quality Giclee prints on the finest Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308 art paper. This is in fact one of the world’s most popular Fine Art papers.

The white 100% cotton paper has a soft feel, lightly defined felt structure. The result that this paper gives each artwork is impressive pictorial depth, brilliant colours, deep blacks, striking contrasts and amazing reproduction of details.

How will my framed art print be framed?

Our team create all framed art prints with ready to hang framing made from timber. You can choose from Australian oak, black or white framing.

The frontal view of your framed art print will have a 20mm wide frame. Framed art prints 24×36″ or larger will have a 30mm wide frame, with 2mm clear glass.

Prints are mounted on a foam backing board, which includes a smooth white single mat framing the print. Framed art prints are authenticated by the artist’s signature on the bottom right hand corner on the mat. (Note: 40×60″ prints do not feature a mat).

What canvas art print sizes are available?

How will my canvas art print be created?

All of our canvas art prints are created using gallery quality fine art canvas.

Our Satin Canvas has a finely woven blend of cotton and polyflax which displays a subtle texture and fewer artifacts for a true artistic look and feel. This Bright White canvas embraces new technology to maximize the longevity of a print while maintaining a bright white surface. It offers a high resolution coating for increased colour brilliance and image definition.

How will my canvas art print be framed?

Our ready to hang canvas art prints are stretched onto a timber frame, then framed in your choice of Australian oak, black grain timber or white grain timber.

The frontal view of your framed canvas art print will have a 10mm wide frame. Canvas art prints are recessed within the shadow box frame, as a result leaving a small 3mm gap around all edges, while creating a shadow like appearance.

Each canvas is machine stretched to give consistent tension across the artwork. The assembly is completed with framers tape and is strung ready to hang.

Will I get my prints by Christmas?

We are still shipping Christmas pressies for unframed and framed wall art. Get your order in by 11th December for deliveries to NSW, VIC, QLD, SA & TAS only.

Do you ship Australia wide?

Yes, we ship all wall art prints, framed art prints and framed canvas prints Australia Wide. (If you are based outside Australia, please contact us for rates.)

What is the cost of shipping?

Great news, we offer Free Shipping on all art prints and framed art prints orders Australia wide.

When will my art print order be shipped?

All art prints and framed art prints are custom made to order.

Once we receive your order, framed canvas art prints will be ready for shipping within to 3-4 business days.

If you require a faster turnaround time, please email us once you have placed your order, and we will see if it is possible to process your order sooner. (Please note December turnaround times may vary, so ensure you get your orders in as early as possible if required before Christmas).

How will my art print or framed art print be shipped?

Unframed wall art prints (A1/60x90cm) are rolled, tubed and boxed for shipping. A3/A2 prints are flat packed unless they are ordered together with larger sizes as then they are all rolled, tubed and boxed for shipping.

Framed wall art prints are packaged in custom made cardboard boxes manufactured to be fit for their purpose. 

Framed art prints and framed canvas art prints are packaged in custom made heavyweight boxes manufactured to be fit for their purpose, with additional layer of BC flute. (Extra-large frames may also be protected by honeycomb).

Our team ship most items using Australia Post with eParcel tracking, in some cases a courier will be used.

What if my print arrives damaged?

Unframed and Framed Wall Art Prints

Simply send us a photo of the damaged prints and parcel and your order number and we will get a replacement printed straight away.

Framed Art Prints and Framed Canvas Prints

IMPORTANT: All lost or damaged items MUST be reported to us strictly within 12 hours, as we need to notify our supplier immediately, otherwise we will be unable to process this claim.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or suspect damage, please follow these instructions:

  1. Please report any noticeable damage to the driver at the time of delivery. If you suspect product is damaged during shipping, please document the unpacking. Once you have opened your packaging, and you have discovered damage to your print/frame, please contact us with the documentation of damage.
  2. If you are present during delivery and it is clear that damage has been done, you can refuse acceptance of the delivery with acknowledgement from the delivery driver. Document the drivers name and details as to why it was refused.
  3. If your order has been left at your premise, and you discover it has been damaged, it is important you take photographs for evidence of damaged print, packaging and details of how the package arrived. This will help us with our process. Please report the damage to us immediately, so we can contact our suppliers. (Keep all original packaging.)

To assist us in the process of a replacement print we require:

  • Photos of the damage you have noted of your item and packaging
  • Consignment note
  • Order/invoice number

What if I change my mind after ordering?

We custom print orders to your specifications, so please ensure you select your print carefully, including sizing and framing options, as we do not offer refunds or returns on buyer’s remorse / change of mind orders.

What if I have entered incorrect shipping details on my order?

Please Get In Touch immediately so we can reach out to our supplier with correct shipping details.

How do I use my discount code?

If you have a discount code, you can apply this at checkout to receive your discount offer on your order. (When you are in checkout details, you will see ‘Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code’).

Discount codes can be used once only, and can not be exchanged for credit/cash and cannot be refunded. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.

How do I use my gift voucher code?

If you have a gift voucher code, you can apply this at checkout to receive your gifted amount towards your order. Voucher total amount must be used at one time and cannot be divided over multiple orders. (When you are in checkout details, you will see ‘Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code’).

Voucher codes can be used once only, and can not be exchanged for credit/cash and cannot be refunded.
