We offer four distinct print styles to suit different preferences and spaces:
Unframed Prints
Printed on Smooth Pearl 310gsm photo paper, these unframed prints are rich in texture and depth. They come in standard poster sizes to fit ready-made frames and include an optional white border for a polished look.
Framed Prints
Professionally framed and giclée printed on Smooth Satin 285gsm archival photo paper. Each frame includes 2mm clear glass and is ready to hang. Choose from Australian oak, classic white, or black timber finishes. Frames add 2–3cm in width to the overall dimensions, depending on the size.
Framed Fine Art Prints
Our most gallery-like option, printed on luxurious Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm fine art paper. Each piece is matted with a white border that features the artist’s signature. Available in oak, black, or white timber with a timeless, ready-to-hang frame. Frames add 2–3cm in width, whilst the mat adds 5-7cm in width to the overall dimensions, depending on the print size selected.
Framed Canvas Prints
Printed on fine art canvas and stretched on timber, these arrive fully framed in a shadow box style for added depth. The slim 10mm timber frame is recessed slightly with a clean 3mm gap to elevate the look.

Whether you’ve chosen an unframed print, a framed piece, or a canvas, proper care ensures your artwork remains beautiful for years to come. When receiving your art prints, be sure to open and handle them with care. To carefully open the packaging, avoid using sharp tools near the print/frame to prevent accidental damage.
Tip: Once you have inspected your art, leave your prints in their packaging until you are ready to hang them to avoid damage.
Here’s how to handle each type safely and preserve its condition over time.
Unframed Prints
Unroll with care: If your print arrives rolled, gently unroll it on a clean, flat surface with the print side facing up. Allow it to relax for a few hours to reduce curling.
Hands-off the artwork: Always wash and dry your hands beforehand, and hold prints only by the edges to avoid fingerprints or smudges on the surface.
Avoid bending or creasing: Support the full print when handling, especially larger sizes. Never fold or flex the paper, as creases are permanent.
Framed Prints and Canvas Prints
Lift from the sides: Hold your frame by both vertical sides—never by the top or glass. This helps prevent stress on the frame or glazing.
Soft surfaces only: Avoid placing framed art face-down or on hard surfaces. Instead, use a padded or carpeted area during unboxing or moving.
Use two hands (or two people): Larger frames should be handled by two people to reduce the risk of damage to the structure or print.
Hang with confidence: Use proper wall anchors or consult a professional installer to make sure your print is mounted safely and level.
Storage Tips
If you’re not hanging your artwork right away:
Keep it in its original packaging to protect it from dust, bumps, and scratches.
Store it upright in a low-traffic area where it won’t be knocked or bent.
Long-Term Display and Care
Cleaning: Use a soft microfiber cloth to gently wipe frames and glass. Avoid using sprays or harsh cleaners, and never wipe unframed prints or canvas directly.
Avoid direct sunlight: Even with archival materials, prolonged sun exposure can fade colours over time. Choose a spot with indirect light.
Control climate: Keep artwork away from areas with high humidity or fluctuating temperatures—like bathrooms, kitchens, or near heating vents.
